Emma ClayBA (Hons) ACIPD
Emma joined Charlton HR in 2013. With a successful career in Human Resources spanning 20 years, she has enjoyed working in a range of industries including retail, IT, contract services, charity and Local Authority.
Emma has a wealth of generalist HR experience including recruitment and selection, induction, reward and remuneration, redundancy and restructuring, TUPE, discipline and grievance, ill-health, health and safety and training and development. She is experienced in policy development and consultation with unions and consultative committees.
Emma has a business degree from Manchester University and is also 15 years qualified with a Diploma through the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She is currently a school governor.
